SHTD high torque gearbox

The SHTD series gearbox adopts the latest standard "ISO1328 involute cylindrical gear accuracy", and is designed with international advanced design concepts, combined with the characteristics of twin-screw extruders and years of experience. It is specially designed for parallel twin-screw extruders in the same direction and has completely independent intellectual property rights.

The gears are made of high-quality high-strength alloy carburizing steel material, and the carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes are all completed on imported gear grinding machines. The gear parameters have been optimized and designed specifically for the characteristics of the twin-screw extruder, reducing stress concentration at the root of the gear and improving the condition of the tooth surface. The bending fatigue and contact fatigue strength of the gear have been improved, and the aspect ratio of the gear has been improved. The latest design concepts and new heat treatment processes have also been adopted for the structural form of the gear, ensuring the uniformity of gear accuracy and strength, thus ensuring the strong load-bearing capacity and high-efficiency transmission of the gear.
