HK alloy threaded sleeve

The threaded component product of HK alloy thread sleeve is made of high-speed steel billet and the wear-resistant functional layer is made of HK alloy.

The wear resistance of the HK alloy layer in the product is more than twice that of the W6Mo5Cr4V2 product, but the corrosion resistance of the product is generally average (similar to the W6Mo5Cr4V2 product);

The Vickers microhardness (HV0.025) of the HK alloy layer of the product reaches 3200-3800, which is equivalent to around 240 when converted to HRC hardness.
