1. Specially designed extended mixing rotors for high filling masterbatch and color masterbatch provide strong blending and new continuous mixing for materials, achieving high filling mixing and high dispersion of materials, such as PP/PE+>80% talc powder, PP/PE+>90% calcium carbonate; PP/PS/PATC/ABS, etc.+) 90% flame retardant powder;
2. Specially designed mixing rotors for low-temperature materials with melting temperatures ranging from 80 ℃ to 120 ℃, providing soft shear force and a new continuous mixing method to the materials;
3. The rotor and material of the internal mixer adopt dual alloy manufacturing technology, fully utilizing the high strength of ordinary alloy steel and the high wear resistance of hard alloy materials to improve the wear resistance of the equipment;
