The diffusion (interpenetration) layer depth of the tungsten carbide alloy functional layer of the product is between 80-100 µ m;

The wear resistance of the tungsten carbide alloy functional layer of the product is 3.5 times that of the W6Mo5Cr4V2 product;

The corrosion resistance of the tungsten carbide alloy functional layer of the product is particularly excellent;

The surface Rockwell hardness/HR15N of the tungsten carbide alloy functional layer of the product is 90, which is equivalent to 72 when converted to HRC hardness.
